wxsmps is a lcdproc client that lets you control mpd. The current playing song with all its meta data and the player status is displayed on LCD. Furthermore you fully control the current playlist (play/remove/crop item) and can set mpd server options (e.g. crossfade) with the help of lcdproc's menus.

The app wraps around the C signals of libmpd so wxsmps is always in sync with mpd. Player,status and playlist update on the fly (when another client changes mpd status).

Be sure to check it out (svn only currently) if you have a lcdproc compatible LCD.
