- fedora Will likely never happen, however you can use the RPM Fusion repository.
- knoppix
- Slackware
- Source Mage
- Suse
- Turbolinux
- Yellow Dog Linux
Packagers

Live CD
Edit
There are three different LiveCD options for running MPD:
- mpdPup, Goal to make MPD as simple to set up as possible and also include a number of community projects. Small file size and read-only operation.
- Voyage MPD, targeted at embedded x86 hardware platforms such as the PC Engines Alix boards.
- VortexBox, A complete ripping/tagging/file serving ISO that uses MPD as it's internal playback server.
