Removed advice to upgrade to latest MPD, because this problem started happening to me only after upgrading from 0.11.5 to 0.12.2. (Strict Xing checking happened in 0.12.0, in mp3_plugin.c.)

Removed mtime/touch advice; that's just silly. Feel free to add it if you can actually point to a case where an OS didn't update the mtime after either mp3val or vbrfix changed the file—that's what mtime is for!
